Terms of use

What Studia is

Studia (askstudia.com) is a study aid for students. You ask a question, and an AI writes an answer based on your course content. The service is in beta: it is free for now, and it can change.

Not medical advice

Studia is for studying. It is not medical advice and must never be used to diagnose or treat real patients.

The answers are written by an AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Always check doses, numbers and facts in your books and with your teachers before you rely on them, especially for exams or clinical decisions.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Use a real email address, keep your password secret, and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.

What you may not do

  • Copy, download in bulk, or republish the content of the service or the answers, or use automated tools to do it.
  • Try to get around the limits, attack, overload or break into the service.
  • Type personal data of real patients or other people into your questions.
  • Create images that are illegal, harmful, sexual or that show real people.
  • Use another person’s account.

Images and the shared library

You can ask Studia to draw a schematic image. Images are made by an AI, are marked as such, and can contain errors.

If you choose to add an image to the shared library, you keep your rights to it and you allow us to show it, without your name, to other students. Images that are reported may be hidden or removed.

Free beta, limits and changes

Studia is free during the beta. There are limits per day and per month so that the service stays available to everyone. If we start charging, we will tell you first, and you will not be charged unless you agree.

The service is provided as it is. We may change, pause or stop features. We try to warn you in advance of big changes.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the answers, in particular for clinical decisions or exam results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using Studia and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Romanian law. The mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply.
